02/01/2010.
Sales have
been increasing since last year with the pending sales in King County,
Washington up
51.41% from 2008 for the month of December.
The good
news is that the average
sales price on the Eastside was only down 1.06% compared to all of King
County (5.58%) from the same
time last
year. Inventories
are also down 18.30%(King County 17.05%) from December of 2008.
We are starting to see a
few more foreclosures hit the market, but things still seem to be
picking up just a little.
