All bankers are the same. NOT TRUE. I have been a customer of Wells Fargo for 15-20 years and never before have I had the service provided by Curtiss Nelson. Curtiss is extremely knowledgeable and able to answer most your questions. Not only that like all exceptional customer service representatives, it has been my personal experience that if he doesn't know the answers he knows where to get the answers! That, to me is more important than "knowing it all."
If you are a customer of Wells Fargo, I highly recommend you give Curtiss a call with any questions you may have about your personal or business banking. He works out of the Mercer Island branch but is available to all Wells Fargo customers.
